USA – Ships Fed Ex Ground – 2 to 5 days depending on location. Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico ships US Priority Mail.
CANADA – Ships US Postal Service Express Airmail – 5 to 6 Days
EUROPE, AUSTRALIA & ASIA – Ships US Postal Service Express – 6 to 7 Days

Return Policy:
We do not accept any exchanges or returns unless the product is damaged or defective. All defective, damaged, incorrect or missing items must be reported to our office within 5 days of receiving your shipment. We will replace any damaged item(s) at no cost to you. You must contact our office for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) in order to return any damaged product. Please note that any package arriving without RMA # will be refused and returned to you. If you are approved for a return there will be a 15% stocking fee.
We can not accpet any returns on clothing that has been tried on a dog due to health codes. BE SURE TO ORDER THE CORRECT SIZE WHEN ORDERING (Please see sizing chart for weight class)
